This will be updated very often.

District 6

CLARKSTON

LAKE ORION

OXFORD

Davison

Flushing

Grand Blanc

Lapeer

PROJECTED SEEDS: 1. Clarkston, 2. Grand Blanc, 3. Oxford, 4. Lake Orion, 5. Flushing, 6. Lapeer, 7. Davison.

FAVORITE: Clarkston

NEXT: Grand Blanc

DARKHORSE: Oxford

EARLY THOUGHTS: This is shaping up to be a very tough district. I think five teams have a shot to win this district. Oxford lost a ton of proven experience from last season but they're still formidable. Clarkston will always be competitive. Grand Blanc is a proven power. Lake Orion has a new coach but is still very good. Lapeer has been solid. Flushing has been also solid. Davison has really struggled at times. Overall it's a five team district as mentioned.

District 7

BLOOMFIELD HILLS

NORTH FARMINGTON

WEST BLOOMFIELD

Walled Lake Central

Walled Lake Northern

Waterford Mott

Lakeland

PROJECTED SEEDS: 1. Bloomfield Hills, 2. Walled Lake Central, 3. North Farmington, 4. Waterford Mott, 5. West Bloomfield, 6. Lakeland, 7. Walled Lake Northern.

FAVORITE: Bloomfield Hills

NEXT: Walled Lake Central

DARKHORSE: North Farmington

EARLY THOUGHTS: This is shaping up to be a very interesting district. Bloomfield Hills is the early favorite to make some noise in this district. Walled Lake Central is the early challenger and could give the Blackhawks some problems in this district. North Farmington is a sleeper in this district. Waterford Mott, West Bloomfield, Lakeland, and Walled Lake Northern could also struggle in this district. Overall it will either be the Blackhawks or the Vikings.

District 8

FARMINGTON

Novi Detroit Catholic Central

Livonia Stevenson

Northville

Novi

South Lyon

South Lyon East

PROJECTED SEEDS: 1. Northville, 2. Novi Detroit Catholic Central, 3. Livonia Stevenson, 4. Novi, 5. South Lyon, 6. South Lyon East, 7. Farmington.

FAVORITE: Northville

NEXT: Novi Detroit Catholic Central

DARKHORSE: South Lyon

EARLY THOUGHTS: This is shaping up to be a loaded district. Northville has a ton of proven experience coming back. Novi Detroit Catholic Central is a proven power. Livonia Stevenson is a tough out for anyone. South Lyon is a power in the Lakes Valley Conference. South Lyon East had a strong year last season. Novi has been a consistent power. Farmington really struggled last season. It will be a very tall order for the Falcons in this district.

District 14

BERKLEY

GROVES

SEAHOLM

FERNDALE

ROYAL OAK

SOUTHFIELD ARTS AND TECH

TROY

TROY ATHENS

PROJECTED SEEDS: 1. Berkley, 2. Troy Athens, 3. Troy, 4. Royal Oak, 5. Seaholm, 6. Groves, 7. Ferndale, 8. Southfield Arts and Tech.

FAVORITE: Troy Athens

NEXT: Berkley

DARKHORSE: Troy

EARLY THOUGHTS: This is the other "Group of Death" district besides the one with the Rochester and Utica schools. Troy Athens went to the Division One State Finals last season and could look pose to get back again. Berkley was the top team in the State but fell to Troy Athens in the district semifinals last season. Troy was middle of the pack but should be better this season. Royal Oak won the White and is in the Red this season. Seaholm is always scrappy. Groves was middle of the pack last season in the White. Ferndale was up and down in the Blue. Southfield Arts and Tech really struggled. There will be an OAA team that moves to the regional in this district.

District 15

ROCHESTER

ADAMS

STONEY CREEK

Sterling Heights Stevenson

Utica

Utica Eisenhower

Utica Ford II

PROJECTED SEEDS: 1. Adams, 2. Utica Eisenhower, 3. Utica, 4. Utica Ford II, 5. Stoney Creek, 6. Rochester, 7. Sterling Heights Stevenson.

FAVORITE: Adams

NEXT: Utica Eisenhower

DARKHORSE: Stoney Creek

EARLY THOUGHTS: This has always been the toughest district in the State to win but Romeo was moved to a different district. Adams had a deep postseason run last season and will like to have another deep run again. Utica Eisenhower has also been a solid team and should challenge. Stoney Creek usually struggled last season but they should be better. Rochester also unexpectedly struggled last season as well. Utica and Utica Ford II are proven powers. Sterling Heights Stevenson enters this district and could make some noise.

District 28

AVONDALE

PONTIAC

Birmingham Brother Rice

Bloomfield Hills Cranbrook-Kingswood

Holly

Orchard Lake St. Marys

Waterford Kettering

PROJECTED SEEDS: 1. Orchard Lake St. Marys, 2. Bloomfield Hills Cranbrook-Kingswood, 3. Avondale, 4. Holly, 5. Birmingham Brother Rice, 6. Pontiac, 7. Waterford Kettering.

FAVORITE: Orchard Lake St. Marys

NEXT: Bloomfield Hills Cranbrook-Kingswood

DARKHORSE: Avondale

EARLY THOUGHTS: This should be a very interesting district. Orchard Lake St. Marys has been ranked all year last season and will look to do so again this season. Bloomfield Hills Cranbrook-Kingswood is another solid contender. Avondale and Pontiac could make some noise as well. Birmingham Brother Rice has been solid. Holly has been up and down. Waterford Kettering has really struggled. Overall this is the Eaglets district to lose.

District 30

OAK PARK

Dearborn Heights Annapolis

Detroit Cesar Chavez Academy

Hamtramck

Melvindale

Riverview

Southgate Anderson

PROJECTED SEEDS: 1. Riverview, 2. Melvindale, 3. Dearborn Heights Annapolis, 4. Southgate Anderson, 5. Oak Park, 6. Detroit Cesar Chavez Academy,  7. Hamtramck.

FAVORITE: Riverview

NEXT: Melvindale

DARKHORSE: Dearborn Heights Annapolis

EARLY THOUGHTS: This is a very interesting district. Riverview is the proven State power in this district. Melvindale should be Riverview's top challenger in this district. Dearborn Heights Annapolis and Southgate Anderson could also contend. Oak Park is the great unknown, they could surprise some people. Detroit Cesar Chavez Academy and Hamtramck could struggle in this district.
