The soccer rankings were provided by History Now Host Anthony Taormina.
1. Troy- Colts potentially setting the bar for a league and maybe a State title.
2. Troy Athens- Still defending State Champs until proven otherwise.
3. Berkley- Bears continuing to prove they belong despite being the smallest enrolled school in the Red.
4. Oxford- Senior class key to how the Wildcats will do.
5. Adams- Highlanders continuing to compete at State level.
6. Clarkston- Wolves are Mr. Reliable of the Red.
7. Seaholm- Maples continue to strive while in the Red.
8. Royal Oak- Standard bearers of the White until someone takes it from them.
9. Lake Orion- Dragons must take the next step, they’ve been close.
10. Rochester- Falcons continue to improve with a little more experience.
11. Groves- Falcons are Mr. Consistent of the White.
12. Stoney Creek- Cougars are better than last year.
13. West Bloomfield- Lakers are better than last year.
14. Bloomfield Hills- Young team trying to find their way.
15. Avondale- Let’s see what the Yellow Jackets do now that they are in the White.
16. North Farmington- Tough non league schedule will prepare the Raiders for league and postseason play.
17. Farmington- Falcons should have a bounce back year in the Blue.
18. Ferndale- Eagles most reliable in the Blue.
19. Pontiac- Making districts is amazing.
20. Southfield Arts and Tech- Warriors continuing to grow.
21. Oak Park- Knights continuing to grow.
22. Harper Woods- Unknown if the Pioneers are fielding soccer.
