Around the OAA.: Early Basketball District Projections.

Here are my projections for the Basketball districts, THESE ARE NOT THE OFFICIAL DISTRICT MATCHUPS. Usually the MHSAA goes a completely different direction than I do. The MHSAA usually releases the official districts after the baseball/softball and girls soccer state finals. I based my district projections on this year's division lists which are shown on the bottom of this column along with the 2024-2025 districts from last season and the National Weather Service Forecasts maps. I only did Divisions One and Two since OAA schools are in those two respective divisions. The cutoff for boys in Division One is 829 students and in girls is 807 students and with Division Two 381 students is the cutoff in boys and 410 in the girls. I tried to project these the best I can. If I'm forgetting someone please let me know.

When the official districts get released I'll write a separate column previewing the districts OAA schools are in. OAA Schools are in CAPS.
