Boys Basketball Top 23.

Here is my Boys Basketball Top 23 for the week.

1. Ferndale (12-3): Treyvon Lewis should be mentioned in the Mr. Basketball conversation.

2. Oak Park (11-3): Ashton Henderson should be at least mentioned in the Mr. Basketball conversation.

3. North Farmington (12-3): Raiders starting to get back at thick of things.

4. Adams (7-7): Justice Mims has been playing really well all season long for the Highlanders.

5. Clarkston (9-5): Keegan Waslik’s ankle injury will be something to watch going forward.

6. Bloomfield Hills (11-3): Blackhawks put up 86 points is a huge statement.

7. Groves (10-4): Nick Lurz has really stepped up in the last two games for the Falcons.

8. Lake Orion (10-5): All streaks have to come to an end, the Dragons will be fine.

9. Berkley (11-4): Bears were rolling until they were upset by Troy Athens.

10. Troy (7-8): Colts are slowly figuring things out.

11. Royal Oak (7-6): Clark Camden is a player to watch for the Ravens going forward.

12. Troy Athens (7-7): Red Hawks have quietly won three straight since the loss to Seaholm.

13. Oxford (6-9): Wildcats have been struggling a little bit.

14. Rochester (8-5): Falcons are 0-4 since the Tamir Runkenvich buzzer beater.

15. Stoney Creek (6-9): Cougars have been scoring lately which is a good sign.

16. Harper Woods (6-8): Pioneers are starting to make some noise a little bit.

17. Ferndale University (4-8): Eagles will be fine going forward.

18. Seaholm (5-10): Maples are really sneaky.

19. Avondale (5-8): Yellow Jackets have a lot of games coming up.

20. West Bloomfield (3-11): Lakers are really struggling.

21. Pontiac (1-5): Davion Hall has really been a bright spot for the Phoenix.

22. Southfield Arts and Tech (4-11): I don’t know what to say about the Warriors.

23. Farmington (2-12): Falcons need to go to the White and badly.
