WIN OF THE WEEK: West Bloomfield: The Lakers clinched a postseason spot in a stunning 34-3 blowout of Seaholm in the Maple Forest on Friday night. West Bloomfield dominated from start to finish, I was really impressed with their defense holding Seaholm to three points. The Lakers have Roseville looming next week.

WHAT IN THE BLUE WORLD: Troy: The Colts needed to survive to save their season winning 21-14 over Troy Athens on Friday night. Troy trailed 14-7 at the half but needed a strong second half to keep their postseason dreams alive. They have North Farmington looming next week.

TEAM THAT NEEDS A HUG: Southfield Arts and Tech: The Warriors played one of their better games of the season but fell 27-20 to Ferndale on Friday afternoon. Southfield Arts and Tech has Detroit Renaissance looming next week.

ARE YOU KIDDING ME: Royal Oak: The Ravens had no chance against Groves falling 56-0 on Friday night. The Falcons dominated the Ravens taking a 42-0 halftime lead and never looking back. Royal Oak has Clawson looming next week.
