Girls Basketball Top 23.

These are the final rankings of the 2021-2022 season.

1. West Bloomfield (18-1): Lakers rolling into the postseason with confidence.

2. Clarkston (14-6): Maddie Skourpski is ready for the postseason.

3. Stoney Creek (14-6): Cougars could be on upset alert in the postseason.

4. Rochester (17-3): Falcons rolling but be careful of Utica Eisenhower.

5. Oxford (12-5): Wildcats surging into dangerous matchup with Grand Blanc.

6. Lake Orion (15-5): Dragons looking for something heading into the postseason.

7. Seaholm (15-4): Congrats Maples on winning the Blue.

8. Troy (9-11): Colts are rolling although recommend not scheduling Holly ever again.

9. Berkley (11-8): Congrats to Ashley Loon for her 1,000 career point.

10. North Farmington (11-8): Could be a clash with Birmingham Marian be in the works???

11. Adams (7-11): Highlanders were rolling then met Oxford.

12. Groves (9-10): Falcons have lost three straight, not good heading into the postseason.

13. Harper Woods (17-2): We’ll see how the Blue treated the Pioneers in the postseason.

14. Farmington (12-7): Falcons are the most dangerous team in their district.

15. Avondale (9-10): Yellow Jackets could play spoiler in the postseason.

16. Troy Athens (5-15): Red Hawks are struggling heading into the postseason.

17. Ferndale University (9-8): Eagles have been a very odd team to figure out.

18. Southfield Arts and Tech (5-15): Warriors are struggling heading into a dangerous matchup with Farmington Hills Mercy.

19. Bloomfield Hills (3-16): Blackhawks are a sleeper team to watch.

20. Royal Oak (3-17): Ravens have a dangerous matchup looming with Detroit Renaissance.

21. Pontiac (4-12): Phoenix need to fix some things and quick.

22. Ferndale (1-15): Eagles won their first game, congrats Coach Al Kattola.

23. Oak Park (2-14): Knights have some things to address and quick.
