Baseball Districts are Out 2024.

Written Friday March 15th at 10:16 AM

Here are the baseball districts, this will be updated throughout the season.

District 15 at Novi

FARMINGTON

Novi

Detroit Catholic Central

Livonia Stevenson

Northville

EARLY LOOK: This will be a very interesting regional. The Shamrocks are the early favorite but Livonia Stevenson and Northville will have strong says. Novi is a wildcard as well with home field. This should be a very competitive district.

District 21 at Detroit University-Detroit Jesuit

FERNDALE

SOUTHFIELD ARTS AND TECH

Detroit Renaissance

Detroit University-Detroit Jesuit

EARLY LOOK: This is not a strong district on paper. The Cubs are the early favorite but Ferndale has a great shot to win this district as well. It will be very interesting to see how this district looks.

District 22 at Seaholm

SEAHOLM

GROVES

BERKLEY

ROYAL OAK

TROY

EARLY LOOK: This should be a fun district when looking at the teams. Berkley and Seaholm made a ton of noise last season as did Royal Oak. The Maples are the early favorite with their experience but Groves along with Troy could make a ton of noise as well. Anyone can win this district that is for sure.

District 23 at Bloomfield Hills

BLOOMFIELD HILLS

NORTH FARMINGTON

WEST BLOOMFIELD

Birmingham Brother Rice

EARLY LOOK: This should be a very interesting district and it’s very competitive. West Bloomfield is the early favorite but Birmingham Brother Rice could have a strong say who wins this district. North Farmington and Bloomfield Hills will be tough outs as well. I think early the Lakers are the favorite as mentioned.

District 24 at Waterford Kettering

AVONDALE

Waterford Kettering

Waterford Mott

Orchard Lake St. Mary’s

EARLY LOOK: The Eaglets changed managers after a scandal rocked the program and they are coming off a very disappointing season but with the talent they have they should be fine. I don’t see anyone in this district challenging Orchard Lake St. Marys.

District 27 at Utica Ford II

TROY ATHENS

Utica Ford II

Utica

Sterling Heights

Sterling Heights Stevenson

EARLY LOOK: This is shaping up to be a very interesting district at Utica Ford II. Utica won the district last season but Troy Athens will be a tough out. Utica Ford II is the darkhorse in this district. Three teams have a shot in this district.

District 30 at Lake Orion

LAKE ORION

ROCHESTER

ADAMS

STONEY CREEK

Utica Eisenhower

EARLY LOOK: The Dragons had a surprising run to the postseason which included wins over West Bloomfield and Orchard Lake St. Marys. Lake Orion has home field which helps in this district. Adams looks to be the Dragons toughest challenger but this district is much easier than last season but you never know.

District 31 at Grand Blanc

CLARKSTON

OXFORD

Grand Blanc

Holly

Fenton

EARLY LOOK: This is a very interesting district, it’s the same district as last season. Grand Blanc is the early favorite because of home field but Holly, Clarkston, and Oxford will have strong says. I almost forgot Fenton is more than capable of pulling off an upset. Overall anyone can win this district.

District 56 at Grosse Pointe University Liggett

HARPER WOODS

Detroit East English

Grosse Pointe University Liggett

Harper Woods Chandler Park

St. Clair Shores South Lake

EARLY LOOK: This district has a proven powerhouse in Grosse Pointe University Liggett, I don’t really see anyone challenging them in this district.
