WIN OF THE WEEK: Lake Orion: The Dragons bounced back in a big way winning 28-25 over Adams on Friday night. TR Hill returned and had a big night and the defense had their moments in shutting down the high octane Highlanders offense. Lake Orion looks to be back on schedule which is huge. They have West Bloomfield in the Swamp looming next week.
WHAT IN THE BLUE WORLD: Oak Park: What happened to the Knights at Troy on Friday night. Oak Park was no match for the Colts falling 31-6 which might impact their postseason hopes. Oak Park might need to win out to get into the postseason with the schedule they have.
TEAM THAT NEEDS A HUG: West Bloomfield: The Lakers can’t seem to win at Clarkston. They fell to the Wolves for the second straight year falling 35-20 on Friday night during Clarkston’s homecoming. The Lakers have a huge game looming with Lake Orion next week.
ARE YOU KIDDING ME: Southfield Arts and Tech: The Warriors have not been the same team since winning 46-0 over Flint Beecher in week one. They have been outscored 142-14 in the last four weeks. Southfield Arts and Tech has Harper Woods looming next week.
