Boys Basketball Top 25-Week Three.

Here is the Boys Top 25 for the week.

Records will be updated once we get the scores. Rankings are based on the MPR as of 4 PM Thursday.

These are the rankings after the D-Zone Classic. The next set of rankings will come on New Years Eve.

1. Avondale 6-1 (752): JaKobe Louris was instrumental against Grand Blanc.

2. Clarkston 6-1 (678): Wolves might have a weakness after all.

3. Farmington 3-2 (703): Falcons have been battling inconsistency issues.

4. North Farmington 6-1 (653): Raiders blew a 17 point lead to their arch rival, not a good sign.

5. Bloomfield Hills 5-1 (625): Black Hawks will be fine despite tough loss to Ann Arbor Huron.

6. Rochester 7-0 (613): Falcons will be tested that is for sure. 

7. Adams 4-3 (600): Highlanders are a perfect Jekyll and Hyde. 

8. Mott 5-2 (587): Corsairs are a weird team to figure out. 

9. Ferndale 3-3 (570): Eagles playing tough schedule, results may vary.  

10. Troy 5-2 (567): Colts have been a surprise despite experts projecting a down year. 

11. Pontiac 3-2 (556): Phoenix have been up and down, they could make noise later in the season.

12. Stoney Creek 4-3 (545): Cougars are believing under new Coach Marko Tomich. 

13. Lake Orion 3-3 (543): Dragons have a tough one looming with Lincoln Park.

14. West Bloomfield 2-5 (548): Lakers need a game they allow an opponent to score less than 49 points.

15. Harper Woods 1-3 (535): Jaden Thompson will be a name to watch.

16. Southfield Arts and Tech 2-5 (514): Warriors playing tough schedule will be fine long term. 

17. Royal Oak 5-3 (531): Ravens have been starting to put things together. 

18. Oxford 3-3 (502): Wildcats have crashed to Earth since the 3-0 start. 

19. Troy Athens 4-4 (500): Red Hawks had a really interesting week. 

20. Groves 2-6 (491): Falcons going through a rough patch right now.

21. Seaholm 2-4 (476): Maples haven't been the same since the 2-0 start.

22. Oak Park: 3-0 (484): Knights haven't played strongest of schedules but they are unbeaten.

23. Kettering 2-6 (397): Captains are in much better shape in the OAA then the Lakes Valley Conference.

24. Berkley 2-4 (361): I still can't get over the Bears loss to American International Academy.

25. Ferndale University 0-2 (342): Eagles need to improve offensively if they want to be competitive.
