Final Boys Basketball Top 25 Rankings- 2026.

Here is the final top 25 for the boys basketball season 2026.

1. Avondale 21-1 (658): Yellow Jackets coming into the postseason with a lot of confidence.

2. Rochester 22-0 (636): Falcons realize they are the hunted, not the hunters anymore.

3. Clarkston 17-5 (611): Wolves got a much needed win but Waterford Mott awaits.

4. Bloomfield Hills 19-3 (610): Black Hawks prepared for the postseason.

5. Waterford Mott 16-6 (589): Corsairs focus needs to be on Clarkston.

6. Ferndale 10-12 (572): Eagles played a tough schedule, should help in postseason.

7. Adams 15-7 (566): Cannon Flynn is the key to the Highlanders postseason.

8. Lake Orion 12-10 (553): If Dragons play like they did against Stoney Creek look out.

9. North Farmington 13-9 (551): Raiders path in the postseason is tricky.  

10. Pontiac 16-6 (550): Phoenix have to be careful to not take teams lightly.

11. Farmington 10-12 (550): Falcons can make a run at their district.

12. Stoney Creek 11-11 (547): Cougars stand as a wildcard in their district.

13. Seaholm 10-12 (515): Maples might be the most dangerous team in their district.

14. Oak Park 13-4 (509): Knights have a tough district looming.

15. West Bloomfield 5-17 (497): Lakers got a great draw in their district.

16. Troy 8-14 (487): Colts ready for Round Three with their city rivals.

17. Troy Athens 8-14 (487): Red Hawks ready for Round Three with their city rivals.

18. Harper Woods 11-9 (479): Pioneers need to regroup before the postseason.

19. Royal Oak 8-14 (477): Ravens have a great chance to get to the district final.

20. Southfield Arts and Tech 10-12 (470): Warriors are better than their record indicates.

21. Oxford 5-17 (464): Wildcats preparing to see a tough Holly squad then maybe Grand Blanc.

22. Groves 5-17 (462): Falcons sent a statement against Detroit Northwestern.

23. Berkley 8-14 (426): Bears will have it tough with Seaholm.

24. Waterford Kettering 4-18 (374): Captains have been averaging 57.5 ppg in their last two games.

25. Ferndale University 3-17 (344): Eagles have tough matchup with Detroit Old Redford looming.
