Adams: The Highlanders battled back from 13-0 to stun West Bloomfield 14-13 at home on Friday night. Parker Picot and Griffin Henke had the touchdown runs for Adams but Collin Timpko added two extra points which proved to be the difference. Picot also added an interception as well on the defensive side of the field. Alex DeGrieck also had a huge game as well creating havoc against the West Bloomfield offensive line. The Highlanders will move on to play Grand Blanc next week at Howell in the Division One State Semifinals.
West Bloomfield: This is a really tough pill to swallow for the Lakers on Friday night in Rochester against Adams. West Bloomfield blew a 13-0 halftime lead only to fall to the Highlanders for the second time this season 14-13. They were outscored 49-30 in both games against Adams. The Lakers lose Dillion Tatum but they have a lot of talent coming back. West Bloomfield will be back for sure next season.
