Girls Basketball Top 24-Week Nine.

The MPR will change, the records are right. 

1. Clarkston 12-5 (639): Wolves figuring things out before the postseason.

2. Stoney Creek 12-2 (642): Cougars lack of depth hurt them against Clarkston.

3. West Bloomfield 11-4 (625): Lakers will be fine despite being in a rough patch.

4. Groves 13-2 (611): Falcons have been in some close ones lately.

5. Bloomfield Hills 10-3 (569): Black Hawks have played well against everyone but Groves.

6. Rochester 8-6 (568): Falcons will need to ride their defense to the postseason.

7. Oxford 8-8 (563): Wildcats key is to get the top seed in their district.

8. Troy Athens 13-4 (548): Red Hawks have been gaining momentum lately.

9. Lake Orion 4-11 (542): Dragons need to find something to hang their hat on and go with it.

10. Troy 10-5 (537): Colts had a rough one against Southfield Arts and Tech.

11. Adams 8-5 (515): Highlanders have turned things around since loss to Lake Orion.

12. Harper Woods 4-5 (488): Pioneers struggling right now. 

13. North Farmington 12-3 (494): Raiders getting hot at the right time.

14. Waterford 8-7 (491): Waterford controls their destiny in the Gold.

15. Seaholm 4-9 (484): Maples have been struggling to score lately.

16. Southfield Arts and Tech 6-6 (469): Warriors got their statement win on Troy but MPR isn't showing it.

17. Avondale 1-12 (460): Yellow Jackets got a big time player into the program. 

18. Farmington 8-6 (460): Falcons have been up and down lately.

19. Ferndale University 8-6 (437): Eagles holding their own in the Gold. 

20. Berkley 4-12 (433): Bears sent a statement to Seaholm my goodness.

21. Royal Oak 6-8 (388): Ravens can't seem to catch a break with the MPR.

22. Oak Park 3-6 (349): Knights also struggling with numbers.

23. Ferndale 0-7 (381): Eagles struggling to score but are competing.

24. Pontiac 1-10 (000): Phoenix forfeiting games is not a good sign.
