Here is the softball regional preview.

Region Eight @ Oxford

BLOOMFIELD HILLS vs Utica

OXFORD vs Romeo

SAMMY THOUGHTS: This is a very interesting regional, Oxford is at home which is very similar to the volleyball districts. The Wildcats are more than capable of going on that special run but they have a difficult matchup with Romeo. The Bulldogs are on a mission. This is shaping up to be a Black Hawks vs Bulldogs regional final with Romeo moving on. 

Region Six @ Milford

SOUTHFIELD ARTS AND TECH vs FARMINGTON

SEAHOLM vs Walled Lake Northern

SAMMY THOUGHTS: This is a very interesting regional but the favorite is Walled Lake Northern. The Knights have been there and done that, and they have a set of sisters that are very good. Have to go with Walled Lake Northern in this regional.

Region Four @ Temperance Bedford

Northville vs Gibraltar Carlson

Livonia Churchill vs Saline

SAMMY THOUGHTS: The Mustangs had no issues with their district. They shouldn't have any issue with Gibralatar Carlson. If Northville gets Saline who is the defending Division One State Champs then that will be very interesting. I think the Mustangs will have enough to move onto the State quarterfinals.
