BEST WIN: Lake Orion: The Dragons earned their first win over West Bloomfield in ten years with a 17-13 win over the Lakers. Lake Orion needed a late scoring drive along with a defensive sack to win the game. They have Stoney Creek looming next week.

 

TOUGH LOSS: Groves: The Falcons had a tough loss to Southfield Arts and Tech on Thursday night falling 42-35. Groves will be fine going forward. They have Rochester looming next week.

 

TEAM THAT NEEDS A HUG: Stoney Creek: The Cougars lost a tough one to Clarkston on their homecoming falling 14-10 on Friday night. Stoney Creek has a tough one looming when they play Lake Orion next week.

 

VALENTI RANT: Troy: The Colts allowed their first points of the season but they fell 28-21 to Oak Park on Friday night. Troy has a tough test looming with North Farmington next week.

 

ARE YOU KIDDING ME: Berkley: It’s been a rough year for the Bears. Berkley has been outscored 160-0 in their last four games including a 48-0 loss to Seaholm. The Bears have Pontiac looming next week.
